How It Works

Your tracker is ready in three steps

No setup fees, no software to install, and no spreadsheet skills needed. Everything works in your own free Google account.

Step 1: Open your link

After you order, your download email arrives with a link. Sign in to your free Google account and open it. This first view is read-only, so you cannot type in it yet.

Step 2: Make your own copy

Click File, then Make a copy. Name it and choose where to save it in your Google Drive. Your copy is private to you, and nothing you type is seen by anyone else.

Step 3: Type over the examples

Choose your currency (USD, GBP or AUD) and the date your month starts. Then type your own numbers over the blue example cells. The black cells work themselves out.

Bookmark your copy and use it from now on. If you ever want a fresh start, make another copy from your original link.
